Marie O. Etienne, DNP, APRN, FNP, GNP, PNP, PLNC is a professor of Nursing at Miami Dade College Benjamín Léon School of Nursing (BLSON). Dr. Etienne is also the Business Owner, President and CEO of Global Innovative Consulting Network, LLC. Dr. Etienne entered the realm of academics at Miami Dade College since 1997. Her experience includes pediatrics, geriatrics, family practice, community health nursing, leadership and course developer of online teaching for the RN-BSN program at the College. She is a certified Professional Legal Nurse Consultant. She earned the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Miami in 2010, and has been ranked as a tenured full professor at Miami Dade College. Dr. Etienne serves as consultant in Curriculum Development and is a member of the Professional Development Advisory Board Member of Albizu University for a HRSA Grant on Inter-Professional Integrated Care Training for Healthier Communities.
Dr. Etienne is the 2007 recipient of the MDC Stanley G. Tate and Family Endowed Teaching Chair for Excellence in Academia. In 2007, she was also honored by the North Miami Beach Commission on the Status of Women for her significant educational contribution to women and children in the community as one the “Impressive Women of the City”. She is past President of the Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida (HANA) 2005-2007 and past Chairperson of the Haitian American Professionals Coalition (HAPC) in 2008-2010. Dr. Etienne serves as the Liaison of all HANA Chapters throughout the United States. She is an active member of the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA) and currently serves as the 2nd Vice-President of Miami Chapter – BNA (2016-2018). Dr. Etienne is the Chair of Communications and Chapter Development Committees, and is the Historian Miami-BNA. Dr. Etienne received several distinguished awards for her work by local, national and international reputable organizations. In 2010, Dr. Etienne organized and participated in Disaster Relief Efforts post-earthquake in Haiti with Project Medishare and HANA. She coordinates local humanitarian efforts in Immokalee and Belle Glade and also coordinated medical missions in the Dominican Republic Bateyes serving migrant workers and their families since 2005-2013 with HAPC/MDC/HANA. In 2011, Dr. Etienne & Dr. Yamina Alvarez were selected from a pool of 253 faculty as two MDC Faculty for the Health Information Technology Scholars (HITS) from National League for Nursing (NLN), John Hopkins University College of Nursing, University of Colorado Denver & University of Indiana nationwide to participate in the Health Information Technology for Electronic Health Records and Simulation. Dr. Etienne serves a consultant and Public Relations Chair for the National Association of Hispanic Nurses – Miami Chapter. In March 12, 2011, Dr. Etienne was one of the Honorees at the Haitian Women of Miami Annual Spirit of Justice Gala where she was one of the recipients of the Marie Claire Heureuse Leadership Award for her community service to the community in Florida, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. In March 2011, Dr. Marie Etienne was also proclaimed as the “Haitian Woman of the Year” of the Archdiocese of Miami by the National Center of Haitian Apostolate among two thousand women. In April 2011, Dr. Etienne was recognized as the first inductee on HANA’s Wall of Fame” for being a transformational leader, a passionate servant, an inspiring achiever, a dedicated role model, excellent nurse educator and HANA outstanding member. In 2011, Dr. Etienne was appointed NBNA to serve on the National Nursing Committee of the American Red Cross and was subsequently appointed to the American Red Cross Scientific Advisory Council (SAC); she served in the Nursing and Caregiving Subcouncil in SAC (2011-2014). In August 2014, Dr. Etienne was appointed as Consultant and Chair of the International Services Workgroup of the National Nursing Committee of the American Red Cross and served until July 2018. Dr. Etienne serves as Co-Lead for the Diversity Council of the Florida Action Coalition 2014-2018 and Co-Lead for the Diversity Workgroup of the South Florida Cancer Control Collaborative (SFCCC) since 2009-2018.
Dr. Etienne was the 2012 Advanced Practice Nurse Award recipient from the Florida Nurses Association (FNA), and South Region FNA Awardee as well. She was selected as one of the Top 25 Nursing Professors in Florida in Online Schools; and is a recipient of the Beacon of Hope and Achievement Award by the Consulate General of Haiti in Miami dedicated to the month of women. One out of 32 recipients worldwide; Dr. Etienne was among Five (5) Recipients from the United States to receive the 2013 Florence Nightingale Medal by the International Red Cross. Dr. Etienne was honored as one of the 2014 Top Black Educators in Miami by Legacy Magazine. In April 12, 2014, Dr. Etienne received the Award of Excellence from HANA of Florida for exemplary leadership, and for being instrumental in advancing HANA’s Legacy. She has served in the Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) of the American Red Cross (2011-2014). Dr. Etienne was honored by the National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (NOAH-NY) in New York with the Lifetime Achievement Award in April 2015. In May 14, 2016, Dr. Etienne was awarded one of the Unsung Heroes by Miami Chapter – Black Nurses Association. In April 8, 2017, Dr. Etienne received the President’s Choice Award from HANA of Florida. In May 20, 2017, Dr. Etienne was the recipient of Miami Chapter – BNA’s Service Award. In June 29, 2017, Dr. Etienne was unanimously chosen by HANA Chapter Leaders to serve as the first President of Haitian American Nurses Association International (HANA-I). In February 1, 2018, Dr. Etienne received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 10th Anniversary of Caribbean Week from Senator Daphne Campbell and Mayor Hazelle P. Rogers in Tallahassee, Florida. In May 2018, Dr. Etienne received the Nurse Educator Award from Miami-BNA for excellence in teaching. In June 2018, Dr. Etienne was received the Excellence in Community Service & Engagement Award from the Association of Black Nursing Faculty for her leadership in community service and sustained impact of her work on improving the well-being of Underserved Populations at the 31st Annual Meeting & Scientific Conference in London. For over a decade since 2006-2018, Dr. Etienne coordinates and actively participates in Humanitarian Medical Missions Migrant Workers, Children & Families in Dominican Republic, Haiti, Belle Glade, Immokalee, Florida, and local underserved populations in Florida. Dr. Etienne’s ultimate goal is to inspire others to be social innovators, leaders and change makers in society.

Prophetess Delica grew up in the church and has been a faithful servant of God most of her life. She grew up as an Episcopalian, as in the Haitian culture the children follow the patriarchal religious traditions. However, she did also practice Catholicism from her mother’s side. All her life she has served in various capacities at each church she has joined. Growing up she assisted with the youth ministries since a young girl. She has always had a burning passion to serve God and a burning desire to be in the presence of God by tapping into her unnoticed Pentecostal spirit. Here is a list of her church involvement:
However, since 2007, God has called her to live a life dedicated to being a true disciple of Jesus Christ and a life devoted to the ministry. After numerous encounters of realizing God has called her into ministry in the church and in the marketplace, she felt lead to go to seminary. For two and a half years (2008-2011), Ms. Delica was a full-time seminarian in Columbia, SC. Unfortunately, she was unable to confer her degrees because she was sexually harassed in seminary. Due to the traumatic experience, for two years, she was broken and hurt from this experience. Yet, God called her back into the fold of the Body of Christ and ministry in 2012. She began her healing process by being involved at First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale, FL under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Larry Thompson. Then, a few years later she became a church planter for two ministries: New Jerusalem Christian Temple and Ministries (2015 to present) and Ruach International Temple of Prayer (2017-2018).
In 2018, God had blessed her with great opportunities to be a part of the Leadership Team for a 24-hour Evangelical Christian TV Station in South FL, Kingdom Broadcasting International (KBI) on Channel 18.8 and a Consultant for ministries and churches to assess their operations, finances, and social image. As a worshiper and a woman of prayer, God placed it on her heart at the end of 2018 to begin a ministry that would focus on worship and prayer and Revive Your Soul Ministries, Inc. was birthed. This ministry trains and equips ministry leaders and laymen on how to have a life devoted to worship and prayer with powerful results. In addition, she is working on a book about the anointing of worship and prayer, which will be released in the latter part of 2019.
In being a serial entrepreneur, she is the Founder/President/CEO of Fayola Delica, LLC., a motivational speaking company, and the Founder/President of The 360 Evolution Academy, Inc., a holistic etiquette school for youth between the ages of 11-17 years old. Her latest business venture is being Founder/President/CEO of Delica Construction Services, LLC. in providing disaster mitigation services, and soon will be building rental properties in the Caribbean. In addition, she is the Owner of Exquisite Traveling Services, an exclusive traveling company for small groups. Lastly, she is the host of Ms. D Talk Show on Kingdom Broadcasting International Ch 18.8 and a weekly segment called the Community Corner Connection where they showcase local community events taking place in South Florida on Tropical TV Channel 18.6.
Also, she is a Co-Owner of the Royale International, a pageant training services boutique for international pageants and Royale Talent Management, an exclusive talent management firm. In addition to being a Business Partner of Global Innovative Consulting Network, LLC., a consulting group that provides professional services for healthcare providers for educational training, professional development, and success coaching. Lastly, Ms. Delica is also a Business Partner of Christian Literary Arts Awards, a platform to showcase and recognize Christians in the area of literary and arts through the country.
She is an author of four of her own books: The Ultimate Speaker’s Manual: The “how to” in presenting a professional speaking business (2014), The Ultimate Life Coach’s Manual: The “how to” in presenting a professional life coaching business (2015), Let the oil flow: The power of the anointing of prayer and worship to be released in 2019, and The Ultimate Entrepreneur’s Manual: The “how to” in presenting a business with a professional image to be released 2020. (HANA); Member of the Legislative Affairs, Chapter Development, and Membership Committees and a Member of the Miami Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA); Board Member, Member-at-Large for the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies (UMSONHS) Alumni Association Board; Democratic Executive Committee (DEC) of the Miami Dade County, FL Democratic Party; Co-Chair of Marketing Subcommittee and Member of the Legislative Committee and Event Committee for National Chapter of National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) and a Member of the South Florida Chapter of NABWIC; Past Co-Chair of Planning Committee for the State of Florida Caribbean Week 2018; Past Chair for Jobs, Economic Development and Tourism (JET) Taskforce for FL Senate District 38 under the leadership of FL State Senator Daphne Campbell of District 38; and a Community Advocate-at-Large.
She has won several regional and state titles as a beauty queen. In addition, she has won many oratorical competitions. Also, she has received a number of awards for her commitment to being a public servant and her leadership roles at the international, national, state, and local level. She is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, University of Miami, Florida State University, Turner School of Construction Management, and Northwestern University. Currently, she is pursuing a graduate degree.
Marilyn Elizabeth Porter “M.E.” is a woman confidently and intentionally living her purpose – bringing light and wisdom to the world. Margareth Reed, Is well known internationally for her abilities to move the audience with her contagious vivacity, whether it’s through her Singing, Coaching or Speaking.
She is a sold out spiritual leader sent to: Establish The Kingdom of Elohim on Earth. Equip, Train, Strengthen Ministers, Clergy & their ministry. She grew up in a Christian family where she learned how to serve God at an early age.
At five years old, her father who was a minister at Bethel church trained her to sing. She was the little girl singing read your bible and pray everyday at church when Sunday school is over.
She accepted Christ as her savior at twelve years old, and continued to sing in the choir and helped other young girls like her sing.
She was baptized at eighteen years old, and soon came to the United States with her mother to join her father who was a minister at Hillside Church in Miami Florida, there she continued to sing and joined youth choir and served as usher at the church.
1999, She joined Shalom church under the leadership of Pastor Caneau Joseph, she was the lead singer, service translator, church secretary, and there she was trained to preach the gospel as a minister.
1999, She Co-Hosted The voice of The Redeemer with the pastor every Tuesday on 1320 AM WLQY.
For twenty years she was struggling with the calling on her life to be an ordained minister, and December 19th 2015, she said yes, and served as a Pastor at Fresh Oil Temple of Deliverance for two years.

She is a Health & Wellness advocate with a not for profit organisation to better serve the community through education, programs to serve the youth in mental health and honoring volunteers through an annual event, and Yum Yum Juicing for the whole family.
2010, She created a Dance Group under Karib to promote healthy living, healthy habits through movements, the group performed at various cancer events throughout the community.

Overall bridging the gap between church and government by recommending solutions on matters of public policy.
December 19th, 2018. She created Coach Reed’s Artscademy-The Speakers, Writers, Authors & Inventors Spot to help women write their story & publish.
2018, She created Millennial’s World Movement /Gen Z Youth Advocacy to help the youth get more involved in the community and provide services in the area of mental health (another program coming out this year)
2018, She created Black Women Politics to provide information on the happenings in our community politically, and serve politicians with branding their campaign with: voice over, hosting, campaign tee-shirts and promotional products.
She loves her community, and shows it through activism, political organizing, and advocacy. She has worked with department of Elections for 13 years since August 1st, 2006 as a clerk exercising her civic duties.

She has collaborated with various ministries in Miami, FL. Preached at revivals, conferences, workshops, performed weddings, funerals, and baptism to name a few.
She appeared on various Christian Magazines promoting her work in the kingdom, such as MCE Magazine by Pastor Roland St-Gerard, and have received various women awards for the work she is doing in our community.
She is an author, poetry writer, life coach, ordained pastor, a multilingual speaker, and entrepreneur.
